Alice is such a lovely, calm and knowledgeable yoga teacher. I have loved every class that I have done with her. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting an insightful, grounding yoga practice. She caters for those that are new to yoga and those with experience.

I couldn't be happier with the yoga classes provided by Alice. Her instructions are super clear so the classes are easy to follow. Classes are fun, challenging (in a good way), and nourishing. Alice is lovely and never fails to put the class at ease. I couldn't recommend her classes more!

Alice is incredible! She holds a beautiful, warm space for yogis from absolute beginners to seasoned pros. When you are in Alice's class you feel safe and comfortable but also stretched and challenged! You leave feeling so connected to your body and ready to take on the world.

Alice is the best teacher I have ever known! She is so experienced and knowledgeable. Her way if teaching enable beginners to feel comfortable and confident as well as being able to challenge advanced level practitioners. The space is very welcoming with a lovely vibe.
