At a delivery yesterday they called us to say that the isolation valve in the flat was faulty. This may have led to an aborted delivery and disappointed tenant. No problem however for Oxted Electrical. They called to say that for a modest additional charge they had replaced the faulty valve for a new one and the new machine was safely delivered. The owner of Oxted Electrical is a rare business man with a heart and his customer service is the best in the class. He delivered a loan fridge while waiting for a new NEFF to keep our food safe. When our new NEFF developed a system fault after 3 months, he came to investigate. With NEFF engineer's report of the fault, he is now arranging to get a new replacement.
