I did my lipblush training with Georgie and she was absolutely amazing! One of the best trainings I have attended. She is a fountain of knowledge and shares that with her students to get the best out of you. She is a master of her craft which can be seen in her work. I trained in the Lip Blush Masterclass with Georgie last month. Bare in mind i have never done a lip blush before I was only specialising in brows at the time. I now feel totally confident in offering lip blush to my clientele due to the in depth training I received from Georgie, she's such an amazing teacher and educator with a lot of knowledge that she happily shares. I learnt so much in just one day and she is still there to support me if ever I need to ask a question which I love and think is so supportive. I got my eyebrows done by a student & Georgie she really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with them before starting, I absolutely loved them then & still do now. I went back to do a top up with Georgie herself this time shes literally the best in the game the sweetest & super professional.

I would like to say that I have never left a negative review but feel I need to with this incident. The initial booking process was good, and the lady seemed very nice when I had my brows done which I was very happy with. The problem started when I had the top up. I followed the aftercare exactly as I had on my first visit (which I did not receive for days after my first appointment.) Sadly, I was unhappy with my brows this time due to uneven colour (one being darker than the other ) and one be a different shape to the other. I was looking for this to be corrected so messaged her. I was met with ‘you haven’t looked after your brows properly’, which I’d genuinely understand if this was the case but I had followed the aftercare instructions properly. I continually messaged asking for someone to please speak to me but with no response. I phoned again and was spoken to so rudely. I emailed to reach an amicable decision regarding correction of my brows and was ignored a further two times. The most frustrating thing was the lack of communication and not caring that really distressed me plus the fact I was then told that because I was rude they would not do anything to help me. I want to say this was wrong , I was not rude at all, yes, frustrated as I just wanted a solution. Imagine walking around with odd brows. The outcome of this awful experience is I was told I was not welcome in the clinic and refunded for my top up payment. I feel so sad and disappointed that this has happened as I absolutely loved my brows after the first appointment . This could have all been avoided if I hadn’t been dismissed. It’s not about the money for me, it’s the entire experience being so negative when it didn’t need to be. Now I am forced to go elsewhere to have my brows corrected. Such a shame as I had such high hopes.

I can not recommend GG Brows enough! My training was second to none!!!!! Everything was taught thoroughly and Georgie really made sure that we left feeling 100% confident! I have trained in lips and done the brow masterclass and I can honestly say this is the best training I have ever done! Georgie is extremely professional and the knowledge you leave with is a game changer! You will know how to create the most beautiful amazing brows and lips! I recently attended Georgie’s Ombré brow masterclass. What can I say! She went over everything very clearly, we had a real in depth chat between the group on all areas of our career and the treatment itself. Georgie is very professional and was very generous with her information the products we received with the training are brilliant! I have been in the industry for 6 years now and training with Georgie gave me the boost I needed, I have completely restructured how I work and manage clients. Cannot give Georgie enough credit for her amazing work, I am so happy with my new brows! She makes you feel so comfortable and is completely honest about everything, giving you an overview of what to expect and ensuring that you are happy with the shape.
