Tandridge Heights in Oxted is one of those care homes that genuinely stands out among the crowd. As a care home entertainer, I visit around 90 different homes in the course of my work, and receiving a booking from Tandridge always makes me smile. Firstly, it’s a beautifully designed home, with top quality furniture, tasteful decor and that warm welcome that you get from all the best establishments in this business. Secondly, the care is second to none, and I’ve witnessed first hand the way the residents are treated. Everyone living in the home is looked after impeccably, and although I’ve never actually tried the food, I’ve seen it, and it looks delicious! As with all Barchester Homes, Tandridge Heights is full of dedicated staff who go the extra mile to help their residents, and I can think of no greater compliment. If you’re looking for a care home for your relative in this area, there’s an easy choice. And it’s Tandridge!

I perform concerts at many care homes across the South East, and Tandridge Heights is one that really stands out to me. The staff are fantastic and you really get a sense that the residents are very happy and comfortable too.

A lovely kind nursing home where every member of staff care. They provided a high standard of care. Nothing was too much trouble. Both the day shift and night shift were brilliant. As well as caring for the resident they supported us as a family.

Great care home. Clean, smells fresh, and the staff and nurses are superb. The residents always seem happy. My mum stayed at Tandridge Heights for respite care for 6 weeks and the role they player in her recovery was essential. Thank you so much guys. :-)

Tandridge Heights Memorial Care Home, provide exceptional care. The manager and staff should be praised on how respectful, attentive, kind and caring to the needs of the residents they are. The home is always clean and tidy and the grounds are simply beautiful. I have always felt welcomed every time I have visited and feel happy and confident that my loved one is being very well cared for, the staff here really do go above and beyond.

My dad has been at Tandridge Heights for a couple of years, the staff are always friendly and chatty, the care team are brilliant and i can see they really care for my dad with compassion, empathy and kindness. The activity team are amazing, they encourage dad to come out of his room and socialise with other residents, they have such a variety of fun, interesting and diverse activities that my dad enjoys, there is always something that he looks forward to throughout the week. I feel that dad is safe and we’ll looked after, the new manager is very professional and takes time to answer any questions I might have.

So grateful to all the kind staff who looked after dad in his final 6 months. The care was exceptional, meals & activities excellent with a real sense of positivity around the Home which itself is second to none being modern & purpose-built.

My team and I have been visiting Tandridge Heights Care Home for over a year now, providing audiological services to the lovely residents. It is very rare to find a place where the staff make such an effort to make the residents feel so special and cared for. So much thought goes into providing positive interaction for the residents, irrespective of their needs. All residents are greeted by name and with such respect and affection; nothing is ever too much trouble. It is exceptionally clean and just has a feeling of warmth from the moment you walk through the doors. There is also a genuine camaraderie with the staff too, and it is clear to see what a positive impact this has through the home. Led by Victoria, the manager, Tandridge Heights Care Home is an amazing, loving place and somewhere I would not hesitate to take my loved ones.

I visit Tandridge Heights regularly. It is always very welcoming. ALL the staff are always very friendly, approachable, smartly dressed and caring! The Manager is always on hand and her door is always open if you need a word! The Home is exceptionally clean and tidy and the garden is beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tandridge Heights. 5*

The new Manager, Amanda, has really improved the Home. The staff are all very friendly and approachable, always greeted with a smile. Covid restrictions are followed carefully.
