Unfortunately, similarly to last review we are getting no response to phone calls, texts and emails. Fortunately, we didn’t pay 100%, however we paid 66%. It has been 4 months since we paid Blose and we’ve not heard from him since.

Unfortunately communication is a massive issue here. We are now having to move our project to another architect despite paying in full. We are getting no response to phone calls, texts, emails, voicemails on basic project queries. It has been like this on the run up to starting our build for months now. Unfortunately Blose is just not reliable. Would highly recommend to avoid.

General advice from Blose Architectural Services helped me, as a builder, to better understand my customers’ needs and also allowed for new ideas to develop from drawing into physical reality. Very professional with ample knowledge and courteous service. I recommend my customers to work with BAS and regularly seek advice myself. Look forward to resolve next issue together.

We have worked with Tobbs now on many projects over the years and have always been massively impressed with his attention to detail and level of service. Not only working on projects together Tobbs has re-designed our own property also which has made a huge difference to our own home and way of living too. This was a rescue project. My previous architect designed something that made absolutely no sense so I gave Blose a call and they were ready to save the day. Working with The Blose company was a breeze. As it was my first building project, I had some idea of what I wanted the property to look like so I gave them a brief. The brief could have been a lot clearer but it was enough for Blose to go away and return with a masterpiece. They created something that was a marvel to look at. The property was a 3 unit bungalow in Ghana. Their understanding of building regulations and what would be visually acceptable is one thing that was to marvel at. The turn around time, their communication and the quality of work was outstanding. I can’t wait for the next project. Because I will be contacting Tobbs and the team at Blose once again.
