Pre booked to collect my son from a party and price agreed. On collection they increased the price and then stopped and said if they did not pay up front they could get out? I booked with a reputable firm recommended to us for surety and safety. This was blatant abuse of a teenager with no other choice. Appalling service and treatment. I would not recommend.

Booked and had to cancel ... spoke to a guy at the office to cancel about 2 weeks before hand. Just had the rudest female taxi driver on the phone!! Sarcastic and bloody rude when questioned about the money still trying come out my account. I will never use you again.

For our family holiday I booked over the phone a return taxi to Gatwick at unsociable hours, and it was reassuring to receive text message confirmation. All was excellent; on time, courteous and friendly, good cars and well driven. Will certainly be using again for our next trip.
