There’s simply no one else I would trust more to look after myself and families legal requirements! I guess I should send him a thank you card sometime soon! ;)

Koysor has now represented us when buying and selling several properties. He has always been great to deal with and I would recommend him very highly. It pains me to write this review as I’ve had 2 incredibly different experiences. One for a will and one for my business for a commercial contract. My experience with Louise who wrote our personal Wills was brilliant, super efficient and did everything she said she would do on time and well. My second is for my business contract and dealing with Simon (partner of the firm). After an initial conversation I was filled with comfort especially as this firm came recommended by someone. This was then when things went wrong, I ended up chasing approximately 5 times over the space of several weeks with no response. After saying I would take my business else where I was then contacted by Simon who assured me this massive lack of communication wouldn’t happen again and was a misunderstanding internally. I agreed to try again after they offered a reduction in fees. I was sent some documents which I reviewed and replied to and then this is all I heard. I sent several emails, left multiple messages and also spoken to colleagues of his while in their offices asking them to get him to call me. I’ve heard absolutely nothing! Please be very careful handing over any money with this company unless you know who you are dealing with! It pains me to write this review but people also need to know what certain individuals (partners of the firm!) are actually like. Maybe I wasn’t big enough for them or they didn’t want my business but now have been left no choice but to go else where.

Really professional service! Koysor did an amazing job litigating and was able to recover a large sum of monies owed to me from a cowboy building contractor. I honestly lost all hope until I was recommended to this firm!

Our experience with Baldwin and Robinson mixed. Overall, their conveyancing service was good, but their communication left a little to be desired. I think this is understandable given the housing and economic circumstances we were buying our property in (they seemed very busy), but we would sometimes go for weeks without updates, be promised follow up from queries that would never come, and were told after several weeks of radio silence that there was outstanding paperwork on our end that could have been filled out while we were waiting! When we did get in contact however, close to crunch time for our purchase, the service was good.

I used Baldwin and Robinson for a remortgage on my property. Koysor was looking after me and he is quite simply the best at what he does. I have dealt with Koysor before when i first purchased my property and the reason i came back to use him was because he makes the entire transaction smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend Koysor and his team, they are professional and highly responsive. My remortgage was not so straightforward but Koysor was able to resolve the issues and get the transaction completed for me.

Simon Robinson and Melissa have worked very hard on our behalf even when there were many challenges along the way especially the roller coaster ride of the pandemic. Buying and selling property during a pandemic is not easy, and I had not moved in 28 years but B&R helped us navigate the difficulties, looked after us and helped see the process through to a great result. It was really good to work with a local company rather than a firm miles away and it was good to be able to drop in documents rather than trust them to post! If it weren't for delays with our seller we might have completed in 6 weeks.
