Ordered a cab to pick my daughters up from Caterham and drop at Epsom. I was quoted £37. To make it easier, I paid over the phone. When my daughters were dropped in Epsom they were charged £50.60 for the journey. So we paid twice. Thought it was an innocent mistake so I was taken aback when I received a curt almost disbelieving response when I called to sort it out. It was confirmed that the journey should’ve been £37 yet my phone payment was also £50.60. I sent through screenshots of both payments and I have still not had a refund. One payment was taken by Station Cars, the other by Ridii. Every call I have made has been met with impatience and an uncaring attitude. My daughters also said that the drive to Epsom was fraught with the driver being beeped at frequently. I am very unhappy.

Ordered a cab for six people for a collect and return yesterday from Godstone to Edenbridge; had to change to collect time to half an hour later which the radio op’ seemed happy with. Both cabs were perfectly timed and very clean with helpful , cheery drivers. A good price too. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in the area. An excellent service. The organisation and communication was first class and reliable. My driver was efficient, courteous, polite and safe. Altogether it was a very enjoyable experience with this company and I recommend them.

Despite a much later flight - the driver arrived in good time. Good automated update message when phoning the office. Arranged meeting point with driver arriving within 1 minute. Smooth ride in smart Tesla.

Awful service. Twice in two weeks they offered to keep our children’s car seats to use to collect from the airport, twice they did not arrive with said car seats. We had called them to ensure our car seats would be used. We had to use other means to get home with 3 young children. If you can’t arrange said service, do not offer it, and do not suggest using car seats which are unsafe. Will not be using ever again.
