My ageing pc was giving a lot of trouble. Ben assessed the machine and patiently answered all my questions and explained my options. I opted for an upgrade and the new machine was provided. I had a faulty MacBook Air that was beyond repair so having purchased a new one, Jordan very quickly and efficiently transferred all my data over from my old one; a task that was totally beyond my abilities. A huge relief to have a fully functional laptop returned to me, after only a few hours, with every feature the same as I had been used to before.
